Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances and are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. If you have not contacted us within 2 months of the service delivery date, you will be required to renew the service to continue using it. Refunds will be processed only if the conditions for refund eligibility, as specified in this policy, are met.

In the event of inadequate delivery, refunds will be considered only if all available revision options have been utilized and the delivered Product fails to meet the standards required by Wikipedia. We are committed to making sure our clients' satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to meet Wikipedia's criteria. If, despite our best efforts and revisions, the Product does not meet your expectations or Wikipedia's requirements, a refund may be issued based on a mutually agreed-upon proportion.

We prioritize on-time delivery; however, if we fail to meet the agreed deadline despite making three attempts to communicate with you, a refund may be processed if the delay is documented and proven to be the fault of Wiki Page Creation. Our Support Team will provide an estimated time frame for the completion of your Wikipedia page. If delays occur, we will keep you informed and provide updated completion estimates as needed.

Refund requests must be made within 25 days of the service delivery date. Submissions created after this time will not be contemplated. It is your responsibility to be aware of the refund request deadline when placing an order. To start a refund request, please contact our support team with the necessary details and documentation.

Refunds will not be issued under the following occurrences:

• Failure to Contact:

  If you have not contacted us for more than 2 weeks after the delivery of the Product.

• • Policy Violations:

  If you have violated our policies or terms and conditions.

• • Expired Request Period:

  If the refund request is made after the 25-day period.

• • Business Changes:

  If the business is closing, changing names, or undergoing significant changes that affect service delivery.

• • Non-Service-Related Issues:

  Refunds will not be given for reasons unrelated to service delivery, such as changes of mind, disagreements with partners, or personal issues.

• • Special or Custom Packages:

  If you selected a special or custom package that includes specific terms or conditions.
